As part of our traceability project in partnership with Fairly Made, we provide transparent information on the origin, manufacture and environmental impact of our garments. All the stages in the making and processing of this jacket were completed in China, in factories that are socially certified by very strict independent labels, using responsible wool. It has a traceability score of: 4.1/5.

- Neckline: 64% wool, 30% acrylic, 5% polyamide, 1% elastane

RETURNS
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed on or after November 15th through December 15th, 2025 will be eligible for return until January 15th, 2026 unless marked Final Sale. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher are Final Sale. All sale items purchased on or after December 25 are Final Sale.
- Orders can be returned within 30 days of the ship date unless marked Final Sale.
- Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Items returned with tags not in their original position will not be accepted.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be generated and sent via email or can be downloaded from your account.
- An $8.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted.

EXCHANGES
Final Sale products are not eligible for exchange.
- Items may be exchanged online for a different size within 30 days of the ship date, unless marked Final Sale.
- Only even exchanges for the same item in an alternate size can be submitted.

- Your requested size will be reserved for 10 days and shipped once the original item has been received.
- Please note, the returned item must be shipped back within 10 days of submitting your exchange request, or the exchange will be canceled.
