RETURNS

• Orders can be returned within 30 days of the ship date unless marked Final Sale.
• Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Items returned with tags not in their original position will not be accepted.
• A prepaid return shipping label will be generated and sent via email or can be downloaded from your account.
• An $8.00 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted.
• Enjoy free in-store returns for eligible online orders at any freestanding Sandro boutique.

EXCHANGES

Final Sale products are not eligible for exchange.

• Items may be exchanged online for a different size within 30 days of the ship date, unless marked Final Sale.
• Only even exchanges for the same item in an alternate size can be submitted.
• Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Items returned with tags not in their original position will not be accepted.
• A prepaid return shipping label will be generated and sent via email or can be downloaded from your account.
• Your requested size will be reserved for 10 days and shipped once the original item has been received.
• Please note, the returned item must be shipped back within 10 days of submitting your exchange request, or the exchange will be canceled.
• There is no return shipping fee for exchanges.
