The current unprecedented situation surrounding COVID-19, has urged us to take decisive action to protect the health and safety of our clients, our employees and our visitors. This includes the temporary closure of our doors in the US and Canada, effective March 18th, 2020. We continue to monitor the situation daily and will share updates on reopening.
Our online store will remain open and all online orders will be processed for shipment. Our fulfillment center is taking all precautionary measures to fulfill your orders in a sanitary and hygienic environment, following the recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as guidelines from local authorities and obeying imposed restrictions from order processing, packaging and third-party shipment. Therefore, our order processing time has been extended to 5-10 business day. Some delays in returns may be expected during this time as well. We will be transparent in communicating with you directly should this impact deliveries.
When we set up Sandro some 30 years ago, nothing would have been possible without shared passion and above all, collective determination. Season after season, it was the combined efforts of men and women that enabled us to deal with challenges along the way.
