1. ONLINE SHIPPING
Despite these unprecedented circumstances, our online store will remain open and orders may be placed online securely with free standard shipping offered on all orders. Please note, some delays in outbound order processing may be expected during this time.
Our fulfillment center is taking all precautionary measures to fulfill your orders in a sanitary and hygienic environment, following the recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as guidelines from local authorities and obeying imposed restrictions from order processing, packaging and third-party shipment.
2. RE-OPENING OF STORES
May 15th update: We are pleased to announce the reopening of select Sandro stores! Beginning Friday, May 15th, Sandro stores will reopen in selected cities. We are committed to the safety and well-being of our Sandro employees and customers and will continue to keep this a priority by adhering to local and state guidelines. BLOOMINGDALE'S - ORLANDO
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure your visit is entirely safe by implementing the following measures:
• Social distancing measures will be applied in each of our stores, ensuring that both our store employees and clients remain 6 feet apart
• We will require the wearing of face masks in store for all store employees and clients which will be provided for any store visitors, if needed
• We will be supplying hand sanitizer for employee and client use
• All our customer touchpoints will be disinfected after each use (door handles, card payment terminals and fitting rooms)
• Our store teams will respect sanitary guidelines by frequently washing their hands after any manipulation of equipment and clothing
• Credit Card payments are required and contactless payments are strongly encouraged when possible.
