Sales Tax

Sandro-paris.com charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Illinois, where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. This is subject to change as we open new stores.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order if your order status is “in process”. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.

To view the status of your order, please log into your customer account at sandro-paris.com. To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number and information, to shopsandrousa@sandro-paris.com.

Price Adjustments

At this time sandro-paris.com does not offer price adjustments.

Security

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

Registered Users

Registering for an account offers you an easier and faster way to place your orders. You can customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can track and check up on your most recent orders. Your wish list lets you customize and save your favorite items so you can email them to your friends or purchase them later. Your password confirms that only you can have access to your account information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Merchandise (including all sale merchandise) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

TO MAKE A RETURN, please contact us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

We will accept returns for items in their original and unwashed condition, all tags attached, and a copy of the original invoice. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box in its original condition. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sandro reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.  We will charge an $8 processing and handling fee for returned orders.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for a different size of the same item. We accept only unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached and a copy of the original invoice. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sandro reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.  We will charge an $8 processing and handling fee for returned orders.

Policies

Items purchased online may not be returned to department stores or Sandro boutiques.  Items purchased at department stores or at  Sandro boutiques, may not be returned online. SHIPPING

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Sandro-Paris.com account. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information and tracking number.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Some exclusions will apply for Holidays. Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Saturday Delivery

At this time we are unable to deliver on Saturdays.

Add $5.00 for standard shipping. Please contact Customer Service with any additional shipping concerns for these locations
