Sales Tax

Sandro-paris.com charges sales tax for items being delivered to New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Illinois, where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. This is subject to change as we open new stores.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, us.sandro-paris.com only ships to Canada. us.sandro-paris.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our Canadian customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "SHIP TO CANADA" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at: support@internationalcheckout.com

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order if your order status is “in process”. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.

Price Adjustments

At this time sandro-paris.com does not offer price adjustments.

Security

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

Registered Users

Registering for an account offers you an easier and faster way to place your orders. You can customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can track and check up on your most recent orders. Your wish list lets you customize and save your favorite items so you can email them to your friends or purchase them later. Your password confirms that only you can have access to your account information.

RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your sandro.com purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items please select one of the options to the left to begin the returns process. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive a confirmation email that will include a pre - paid return label.

At this time, orders placed online must be returned to sandro.com. We do not accept online returns at sandro stores.

RETURN POLICY

  • Full-priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY when returned within 30 days of the ship date, unless specified as Final Sale (no returns, or exchanges).
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in it’s original condition.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges.
  • Upon the receipt of returned goods, us.sandro-paris.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.
  • An $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of returned items, upon receipt.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Sandro-Paris.com account. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your product information and tracking number.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Some exclusions will apply for Holidays. Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Saturday Delivery

At this time we are unable to deliver on Saturdays.
