Once in contact with the skin, the lace gives body to the dress, adding volume to the top and character to the outfit as a whole. Like a second skin, it sits in perfect harmony with the silhouette, leaving the motifs to float like shadows. When brought to light, the guipure refines the shape of the back, the curves of the shoulder and the shape of the décolleté. It conceals to better reveal: we're talking about Sandro lace.

Free-spirited and synchronised, fingers are stinging in the workshop on the rue de Turenne. The dressmaker examines her sketch until she finds just the right yoke, the best way to fashion the armhole or to sculpt the next funnel neck - and so the soul of the Parisian label comes alive.
